Hi, I’m Stacy

I’m a trauma-informed breathwork coach helping women heal from burnout and begin to feel good again, easily!

My story. I used to pride myself on all of the hats I wore: a mom, a tech marketer, Chief Household Officer, meal preparer, laundry doer, and so on, but I was left feeling so empty and unfulfilled, and even guilt for feeling this way! Turns out, all of these hats was actually burned me out. I was lost and felt trapped on the hamster wheel of life. Fast forward to December 2020 and I was done! Burnt to a crisp done! Fried!

On a whim, I registered for a breathwork session, having no clue what I was in for. That breathwork session was like nothing I had ever experienced. That session cracked me open and I left with the message that I needed to share this incredible healing modality with everyone who is feeling lost and tired and struggling and burnout. First off, you are not alone. Secondly, there is a way off of this rollercoaster! Breathwork did not solve all of my problems, but it was the chisel that cracked me open and lead me down a path to question my existence, my purpose, the life I was leading. The path to feeling better is easier and more fun than you think!

Today I choose to see myself as a warrior, a fierce protector of other lost and burned out women. I am here to guide them back to finding their sparkle.

Using your own breath is such a powerful and life-changing active meditation.  In just one session you can release blocks, reduce stress, and start to feel alive again, and the best thing is you don’t need to say a word!

How does it work?

The type of breathwork I guide is an open mouth conscious connected breath, lying down, with me guiding you to uplifting music. 

The science behind this active meditation shows an increased amount of oxygen entering the body, literally flushing out toxicity, activating the vagus nerve which sends us into a deep state of relaxation while we energetically shift into a new state of being. We can literally re-wire the brain by releasing old patterns, addictions, trauma and self-limiting beliefs by a deep state of connectivity.
